This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled on GoalCrush. By making a purchase or subscribing to our Service, you agree to this policy.

This document also contains details about subscription plan features, limitations, and what happens when subscriptions are not renewed.

1. Subscription Plan Details

GoalCrush offers different subscription tiers with varying features and limitations. This section outlines the key differences between our Free and Premium plans.

1.1 Free Plan

  • Group Limit: Free accounts are limited to a maximum of 5 groups.
  • Basic Features: Access to core GoalCrush functionality with standard limitations.
  • No Cost: Free plan users are not charged any subscription fees.

1.2 Premium Plan

  • Unlimited Groups: Premium subscribers can join and create unlimited groups.
  • Enhanced Features: Access to all premium features and functionality as displayed on our platform.
  • Priority Support: Premium users receive priority customer support.

1.3 Subscription Non-Renewal and Automatic Downgrade


Important Information for Premium Subscribers:

If you do not renew your Premium subscription (either by canceling or allowing it to lapse), your account will be automatically downgraded to a Free account, which is subject to the Free plan limitations.

WARNING: When you leave or are removed from a group, you will permanently lose your streaks and leaderboard position for that group. This data cannot be recovered, even if you rejoin the same group later.

What Happens When Your Premium Subscription Expires:

  • Immediate Downgrade: Upon expiration of your Premium subscription (whether canceled or allowed to lapse without renewal), your account will be automatically converted to a Free account.
  • Group Limit Enforcement: Free accounts are limited to 5 groups maximum.
  • Grace Period: You will have 7 days from the downgrade date to manage your groups and reduce your group count to 5 or fewer.
  • Actions You Can Take: During the 7-day grace period, you may:
    • Leave groups you no longer wish to participate in (Note: This will permanently delete your streaks and leaderboard position for those groups)
    • Delete groups you have created (if applicable)
    • Choose which 5 groups you want to keep
    • Renew your Premium subscription to retain access to all groups

Automatic Group Removal After Grace Period:

  • Automatic Enforcement: If you do not reduce your group count to 5 or fewer within the 7-day grace period, the system will automatically remove you from groups.
  • Retention Priority: The system will automatically retain the last 5 groups that you joined (most recent) and remove you from all other groups.
  • No Manual Selection: If you do not take action during the grace period, you will not be able to manually choose which groups to keep.
  • Data Preservation: While you will be removed from groups, any content you posted in those groups may be retained according to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
  • Loss of Streaks and Leaderboard Position: When you are removed from a group (either automatically or manually by leaving), you will permanently lose your streaks and your place on the leaderboard for that group. Even if you rejoin the same group later, your previous streaks and leaderboard rankings will not be restored.
  • Notification: You will receive email notifications at the start of the grace period and reminders before automatic removal occurs.

Rejoining Groups or Upgrading:

  • Rejoining: If you are automatically removed from groups, you may need to request to rejoin those groups (subject to group settings and administrator approval).
  • Upgrade Option: You can upgrade back to a Premium subscription at any time to regain unlimited group access.
  • No Group Restoration Guarantee: We cannot guarantee that you will be able to rejoin groups you were removed from due to downgrade.

2. Cancellation Window

Users may cancel their GoalCrush subscription at any time by contacting our support team.

Important: To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription before your renewal date.

3. How to Request Cancellation

To cancel your subscription, please:

  • Contact our support team at goalcrushofficial@gmail.com
  • Include your account information and subscription details
  • Clearly state your request for cancellation
  • Cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle

4. Processing Time

Once we receive your cancellation request, our team will process it within 3-6 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation has been processed.

Please note that processing times may vary during weekends and holidays.

Important: To ensure your cancellation is processed before your next billing date, please submit your request well in advance.

5. Refund Policy

General Policy: All subscription fees are non-refundable. Once a billing cycle has been charged, refunds are not provided.

No Partial Refunds: If you cancel your subscription during a billing period, you will not receive a refund for the current billing period. However, you will retain access to premium features until the end of that billing period.

Exceptions: Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Exceptions may be considered for:

  • Technical issues that prevented you from accessing the service
  • Billing errors or unauthorized charges
  • Other exceptional circumstances

Requesting a Review: If you believe you have an exceptional circumstance that warrants a refund, please contact us at goalcrushofficial@gmail.com with detailed information about your situation. We will review your request, but approval is not guaranteed.

Processing Time for Approved Refunds: If a refund is approved at our discretion, it will be processed within 10-15 business days to your original payment method.

6. Account Access After Cancellation

Upon successful cancellation of your subscription:

  • Your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • After the billing period ends, your account will be downgraded to a Free account with a 7-day grace period to manage groups (as described in Section 1.3)
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles
  • Your account data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy

7. Late Cancellation Requests

If you cancel your subscription after your billing date:

  • You will be charged for the current billing cycle
  • No refund will be provided for the current billing period
  • Your premium features will remain active until the end of the paid billing period
  • Your subscription will not renew for subsequent billing cycles

8. Exceptions

Please note that refunds are generally not provided except in exceptional circumstances:

  • Promotional, discounted, or free trial offers are non-refundable
  • Refunds are not available for partially used subscriptions or services already delivered
  • All refund requests are subject to review and approval at our sole discretion

Continued use of our services after policy changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Payment Processing

Refunds are processed through third-party payment gateways and processors. While we initiate refunds within our stated timeframes:

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banks beyond our control
  • Refund timelines may vary based on your payment method and financial institution
  • We shall not be liable for declined payment authorizations due to preset limits or banking restrictions

12. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify our services, pricing, or policies without prior notice. Current subscribers will be notified of material changes that affect their existing subscriptions or cancellation rights.

13. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

  • The cancellation process or refund delays beyond our reasonable control
  • Third-party payment processor issues or banking system failures
  • Any interruption of service during the cancellation processing period

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Cancellation Policy and any disputes arising from cancellations, refunds, or related matters are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.
